When something is urgent, say help first before adding details.
In stress, short phrases are more reliable than full sentences.
Name pain, bleeding, fever, allergy, breathing problems, hospital, or ambulance clearly.
Pointing to the body part can replace many words.
Give one clear detail if someone asks what happened.
Do not try to explain a full medical history in Vietnamese.
Use direct phrases for danger, police, lost phone, lost wallet, or boundaries.
Do not soften safety phrases too much.
Ask someone to call family or your hotel, and give address or location.
Have your address saved so you can show it if speaking is hard.
